ZIMPLIT / FileThingie

I probably shouldn’t be getting as excited about these two little apps as I am, but ANYONE who has been looking for an EASY, FREE and utterly IDIOT PROOF way of having clients edit their own XHTML, check out Zimplit. It will save lives. And tempers.

(In a similar – and to be perfectly honest, even more exciting – vein, FileThingie does that and more, but I can’t really figure out a worthwhile use for it, so I’ll let ZIMPLIT steal the limelight on this one.)

First of all, if you’re the do-it-yourself sort, I highly recommend the Pearsonified tutorial. If you aren’t, and want to include those photos on your blog/website/presentation in a MUCH classier way, I cannot recommend Pictobrowser enough. It takes less than four minutes to set up.
